Licence renewal applications can be made using our licensing portal:

Please note:
- Use the ‘BWK Licence Form‘
- After completing the form, you must review it before a submission button is presented
- You will need to know the correct email address of your club’s instructor to complete the form
- For renewals, a blank image can be uploaded in place of a photograph
